Korea Survival is an information directory and resource platform operated by RedKing Marketing LLC. We aggregate and display information about services, businesses, job listings, events, and guides related to living in South Korea.

We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, employment relationship, or interaction between users and the businesses, service providers, employers, or event organizers listed on this site. All listings are provided for informational purposes only.

Korea Survival is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, injuries, disputes, or issues arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party services, businesses, job opportunities, events, or information found through the site. This includes the quality or safety of listed services, employment disputes, event cancellations or incidents, accuracy of legal/financial/medical/immigration information, and financial losses from any transaction initiated through the site.

You use the site and interact with listed parties entirely at your own risk.

Some listings are paid placements labeled as "Verified," "Premium," "Featured," or "Partnered." Payment does not constitute our endorsement. Listing fees are non-refundable after 48 hours or after publication. Contact info@redkingmarketing.com for refund requests.

Some content contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission on purchases made through these links. Partnered content is labeled as such. We make no guarantees about partnered products or services.

By submitting content, you represent that the information is accurate and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify it. We may review, edit, reject, or remove submissions at our discretion.

Reviews represent individual opinions only. We do not verify reviewer identity or accuracy. We may remove reviews containing hate speech, threats, spam, or false information.

Guides are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice. Always consult a qualified professional.

Original site content is the property of RedKing Marketing LLC. User-submitted content remains the author's property under a non-exclusive license to us.

Authors may submit paid guides to the platform. By submitting a paid guide and signing the Content Creator Agreement in their dashboard, you agree to the following terms:

Revenue Split: Authors receive 80% of the net sale price after payment processing fees (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction via Stripe). RedKing Marketing LLC retains 20% as a platform fee. All prices and payouts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

Payouts: Author earnings are processed on the 1st of each month for the prior month's sales, provided the accumulated balance is at least $100 USD. Balances below $100 roll over. Payouts are made via PayPal.me or bank transfer through Wise at the Wise mid-market rate on the payout date. Authors may dispute payout amounts within 30 days by contacting info@redkingmarketing.com.

Content Ownership: Authors retain full ownership of their content. By submitting, you grant Korea Survival a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, market, and sell the guide on the platform.

Price Parity: Authors may publish and sell their content on other platforms. During the term, authors agree not to offer substantially similar content (70% or more overlapping material) at a lower price on competing platforms. Authors may sell the same content at equal or higher prices elsewhere.

Pricing: Authors set the initial price from available USD tiers. Korea Survival may run promotional discounts of up to 30% with 7 days' email notice to the author. Authors may opt out of promotional discounts by notifying info@redkingmarketing.com in writing; opt-out requests take effect within 7 business days.

Removal: Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Existing purchasers retain perpetual access. Outstanding earnings are paid in the next regular cycle regardless of minimum balance.

Refunds: Buyers may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. The corresponding author share is deducted from the next payout cycle.

Copyright Claims: Korea Survival follows DMCA procedures (17 U.S.C. section 512). Authors are notified of claims within 5 business days and given 14 days for counter-notice.

Indemnification: Authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedKing Marketing LLC from claims arising from their content, including copyright infringement and defamation.

Quality Standards: Korea Survival reserves the right to reject, request edits to, or remove guides that do not meet editorial standards.

Tax Responsibility: Authors are responsible for all applicable taxes. Korea Survival will issue Form 1099-NEC to US-based authors receiving $600+ per calendar year. W-9 or W-8BEN forms may be required.

Content Creator Agreement: Full terms including limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and arbitration provisions are in the Content Creator Agreement, available for digital signature in the author's dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or any conduct we deem harmful to the site or its users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user, but are not obligated to do so in cases of fraud or illegal activity. Upon termination, the user's listings and content may be removed from the site.

You must be at least 14 years old to use this site. By using the site, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 may require parental consent depending on their jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedKing Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation for 30 days by contacting info@redkingmarketing.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where RedKing Marketing LLC is organized.

For users accessing the site from South Korea, we comply with applicable provisions of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. In the event of conflict between these Terms and mandatory Korean consumer protection laws applicable to Korean residents, the Korean law provisions shall prevail for those users.
