Privacy Policy

Information you provide: When you submit listings, jobs, events, reviews, or other content, we collect the information you enter including names, emails, phone numbers, and business details. When you create an account, we collect your display name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs via Google Analytics 4.

Cookies and local storage: We use browser localStorage for theme preference, language settings, cookie consent, and authentication session tokens. Third-party services (Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) may set their own cookies. You may choose "Essential Only" in our cookie banner to limit third-party tracking cookies.

We use information to operate the site, display submitted content, process payments via Stripe, respond to inquiries, send transactional emails (account verification, purchase confirmations, payout notifications, listing expiry alerts), analyze usage via Google Analytics, and display advertisements via Google AdSense.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (web hosting and CDN), Resend (transactional email delivery), Google (analytics and advertising), and Meta (conversion tracking via Facebook Pixel). We may share data with law enforcement if required by law. Submitted listing information (except email and phone) may be publicly displayed on the site.

Data is retained while your listing is active or as needed for services. Expired listing data may be retained up to 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Request deletion at info@redkingmarketing.com; we will process requests within 30 days.

We use HTTPS encryption, secure database hosting (Supabase with row-level security), and PCI-compliant payment processing (Stripe). Authentication passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Session tokens are stored in browser sessionStorage and expire daily (cleaned by an automated cron job). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting and CDN), Resend (transactional email delivery), Google Analytics 4 (usage tracking), Google AdSense (advertising), Facebook/Meta Pixel (conversion tracking), and cron-job.org (scheduled task execution for listing expiry and session cleanup).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. You may opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. You may request listing removal. Contact info@redkingmarketing.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

The site is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 14 has submitted information to us, please contact info@redkingmarketing.com.

The site is operated by RedKing Marketing LLC, organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. Information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the site, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

For users located in South Korea, we process personal information in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Purpose of collection: We collect personal information for the purposes stated in Section 2 above. We do not use your information beyond these stated purposes without additional consent.

Retention period: Personal information is retained for the duration stated in Section 4. Upon expiration or withdrawal of consent, information is promptly destroyed in accordance with PIPA Article 21.

Third-party provision: We provide personal information to third parties only as described in Section 3. Cross-border transfers to the United States occur for the purpose of operating the site through our service providers.

Rights of data subjects: Korean residents may exercise rights under PIPA including the right to access, correct, delete, and suspend processing of personal information.
