GS Caltex is hiring entry-level (fresh graduate) Global Talent for Safety Management at their Yeosu Plant. Key Responsibilities: - Review of Industrial Safety and Health Act / Serious Disaster Punishment Act and government agency response (Ministry of Employment and Labor, KOSHA), subcontracting approval under the Industrial Safety Act - PSM (Process Safety Management) duties and production team safety support - On-site work safety management and contractor safety management support - Safety training for employees and contractors Application deadline: March 31, 2026 (23:59) Selection Process: 1. Document screening 2. Online test (April 19) - Job competency, organizational fit, Korean history, digital competency 3. AI interview (late April) 4. Working-level interview (mid-May) 5. Requirements
Required: Completed military service or exemption. No travel restrictions. Graduated or graduating by August 2026. Available to start July 2026. Chemical engineering major required. Preferred: Industrial safety/hazardous materials certifications. Understanding of Industrial Safety and Health Act and Serious Disaster Punishment Act.
