Bar it: is a speakeasy-style cocktail and single malt whiskey bar in Pangyo, hidden behind a barbershop entrance on the ground floor of Alpharium Tower 1. Inspired by the private social clubs of the early modern era, the bar offers an atmosphere of exclusivity and craft that's rare in Korea's tech-hub suburb. You find the barbershop sign, walk through, and discover one of Pangyo's best-kept secrets. The drink program is serious. Over 200 types of whiskey line the shelves alongside gin, cognac, wine, beer, and champagne. Their signature offering is the "market omakase" cocktail, which changes regularly based on seasonal fruits. For those who prefer to eat as well as drink, the food menu includes ragu pasta, grilled eel soba, fried oysters, dried persimmon wraps, and a fruit and cheese plate. It's a full evening out, not just a drink stop. The ground floor has comfortable sofa seating for solo visitors, bar seating for cocktail enthusiasts, and private rooms that accommodate groups of 10 or more. A second floor houses another hidden bar (ask staff for details).
